Pub happy hours should be banned and supermarkets stopped from selling alcohol at a loss in order to combat drink-fuelled disorder, MPs have said.

Personally i dont think it will affect much.

i agree, it will change nothing. i havent seen a happy hour at a pub for years though apart from abroad.

Whenever ive been out `on the town` it`s young-uns on a combination of drink and drugs that do the damage and cause fights.

If the price of drink goes up, they will just take more drugs to compensate.
